Hi, I’m Kaetlin.

I started Rooted in Truth NFP because of my own personal experience with the Marquette Method, which has been truly transformative. My previous experience with another method left me feeling confused, frustrated, and uncertain about my fertility. In contrast, the Marquette Method has given me clarity and confidence in understanding my cycle, and it has supported me through four postpartum breastfeeding transitions with success. It has been so life-giving and enlightening for me that I felt called to share it with others.

I have been a registered nurse for eight years and currently serve as a Marquette instructor at RHM Gynecology, a restorative reproductive health clinic. It is an honor to have worked with hundreds of women in achieving their unique goals—whether that is achieving pregnancy, avoiding pregnancy, or better understanding and monitoring their hormonal health. I have supported women with a wide range of experiences, including PCOS, other hormonal imbalances, perimenopause, infertility, and more, from a variety of backgrounds and locations around the world.

My Approach

I offer Marquette Method instruction as a service rooted in care, evidence, and stewardship. My approach is grounded in honoring the body’s natural design and treating each client with dignity and respect. I strive to provide guidance that is both evidence-based and aligned with your values. This work is more than a service to me; it is a calling to walk alongside others with integrity, wisdom, and genuine care.

Certified Instruction

When you receive instruction from me, you will be working with a Marquette Method Certified Professional (MMCP). There are currently only 97 MMCPs in the United States, making this a specialized certification. MMCPs complete a rigorous examination process to ensure they are providing accurate, high-quality instruction to clients, and they are required to pursue ongoing continuing education to maintain their certification.

This commitment to lifelong learning ensures MMCPs remain current with the latest research and developments in natural family planning and the Marquette Method. Working with an MMCP means you are receiving informed, up-to-date, and highly skilled instruction in fertility awareness.

Rooted in truth

I chose the name Rooted in Truth NFP because it reflects the heart behind this work. Natural family planning is rooted in the truth of a woman’s cycle, fertility, and body—honoring the beauty and design of how she was created. The Marquette Method is also rooted in truth, drawing from sound scientific research and supported by multiple efficacy studies, offering a reliable and evidence-based approach to understanding fertility.
