Instructor Responsibility
As your instructor, it is my job to provide you with the appropriate information and protocols for your situation.
The instructor is responsible for:
Giving access to materials
Sending reminders to schedule meetings
Asking for relevant information when questions come up
Beginning appointments on time, or notifying the client of changes in a timely manner
Client Responsibility
Successful use of NFP methods requires active participation by the client.
Clients are responsible for:
Accurately recording and reporting fertility signs and monitor readings.
Reviewing educational materials provided during instruction.
Providing the instructor with a chart
Asking questions when clarification is needed.
Informing the instructor of significant health changes, pregnancy, miscarriage, childbirth, breastfeeding changes, medication changes, or other factors that may affect chart interpretation.
Watching for emails/texts from the instructor regarding scheduling follow-ups, appointment reminders, or general check-ins
Notifying the instructor if contact information changes
Appointment Attendance
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments on time and being prepared to discuss their charting and questions.
Appointments begin and end at the scheduled time.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late need to reschedule their appointment
Time lost due to late arrival may not be added to the appointment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel and reschedule appointments as needed. Cancelling and rescheduling links can be found in appointment confirmation and reminder emails.
If ten minutes have passed and you have not joined the meeting, it will be considered a no-show and I will send a link for you to reschedule.
Refund Policy
After your receive a link to educational materials OR after your first meeting, whichever happens first, instructional services are then nonrefundable.
Because educational materials, chart reviews, and instructor time are reserved specifically for each client, refunds will not be provided for:
Partial participation in a package or program
Failure to complete assigned charting or follow-up activities
Changes in reproductive goals or personal circumstances
Any exceptions are made solely at the discretion of the instructor.
Communication Policy
Clients are encouraged to contact their instructor with questions related to charting and protocol use.
Response times may vary based on instructor availability.
Communication outside scheduled appointments is intended for brief questions and clarification, not for comprehensive instruction that would be more appropriately addressed during an appointment.
Urgent medical concerns should be directed to the client's healthcare provider or emergency services as appropriate.
Please send a chart with your questions, unless you have already given me access to a chart that is updated in real-time.
Technology and Platform Requirements
Clients are responsible for maintaining access to any required charting applications, fertility monitors, internet service, email accounts, or videoconferencing platforms necessary for instruction.
Technical difficulties on the client's end may require appointments to be rescheduled or done via phone call.
Professional Relationship
Instruction provided by the instructor is educational in nature and is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
Clients should consult their healthcare provider regarding medical concerns, diagnoses, treatment decisions, or emergencies.
Respectful Conduct
The practice is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and supportive environment.
Harassment, abusive language, threatening behavior, repeated disregard for practice policies, or inappropriate conduct may result in termination of services without refund.
