Can you use NFP with irregular cycles?

The good news is that yes, the Marquette Method can be used with irregular cycles. In fact, one of the advantages of using a method based on real-time fertility biomarkers is that you don't have to rely solely on predicting when you should ovulate.
Why Irregular Cycles Can Make Fertility Tracking Difficult
A regular menstrual cycle doesn't necessarily mean ovulation occurs on exactly the same day every month. But an irregular cycle means that ovulation is varying by about 7 days or more. Someone with irregular cycles may ovulate on day 16 one cycle and much later during another.
